Raw Material Control 

Steel Cementitious Panel:  The floor standard of SJ/T10796-2001 which is used in China controls strictly only in physical properties, system resistance, but without controlling of Steel Type, specification, origin, auxiliary material etc. In order to reach the testing data, there will be “Cope with means”, and these means will leave hidden trouble of product quality. So some projects have no problem at the time of being built, but during usage, the floor will get deformed, abnormal sound, get rusted etc. Some even go to court for these inferior quality problems.    

Calcium Sulphate Panel : Physical property of calcium sulfate panel adopt standard of SJ/T10796-2001 which can control quality of raw material for the testing report of calcium sulfate panel issued by authorities should first provide the sulphur content testing data of same batch of panel coreboard, and the sulphur content should reach the top international level. In this way, the coreboard strength quality can be ensured. The main material of calcium sulfate panel is gypsum which becomes eco-friendly sulphur gypsum after processing with around 85% content.
