To ensure load capacity and stability, usually to fill cement slurry (comprised of rosin soap, air entraining agent, etc) into inside cavity.  In the process of mixing, bubble will be created. Since bubbles are nonuniform in the size and easily shrinking in the process of cement freezing, inducing cement sunk and low load capacity, which will have serious impact on load capacity and panel quality.

Since 1996, our company has cooperated with Shanghai Silicate Institute, through years of research and experiments, we adopt superfine aluminum powder, adding other accessory ingredient, and finally developed a newly mix of micro- porous cement. This cement mix make low chemical reaction, result in uniform and compact bubbles. In the process of cement freezing, bubbles are vanishing, the inside cavity becoming robust and the cement filling will not be sinking, thus the panel load capacity is increasing and edge load stable.

Since adopting new cement mix in 1996, the unstable panel load capacity which had long been considered as a troublesome problem now has been successfully settled.
