View:256To ensure superior physical and mechanical property, good appearance and durability, our semi-products are gone through double degreasing, cleaning and phosphating on the steel sheet surface, to form a compact, uniform and gray silicate coating, then giving a spry coating of static epoxy resin powder. After heat curing, it can be bonded firmly with steel sheets.
Epoxy resin powder we used has performances of good rigidity, strong adhesion, fine bendability, and resistance of impact, acid – base and salt spray. Indexes are all exceeding HG/T2597 standard specified by China Ministry of Chemical Industry. Besides, coating layer has good performance in anti-static, and the surface electrical resistance ≤1x 109Ω.
We adopt superfine aluminum powder as accessory ingredient, mixed with alkaline matter, to create bubbles. Therefore, after cement filling, the cement can maintain the ability to create bubbles for a period so as to completely filled with inside cavity in the process of cement curing.
As for fillings of inside cavity, we can adjust the air content and density of fillings as per requirements of load capacity from different customers, so as to reduce the weight of panel.
